Super Eagles AFCON 2023 Shirt Numbers Are As Follows: Musa Will Wear No. 7, Osimhen No. 9

The numbers that Super Eagles players will wear on the back of their jerseys during the Africa Cup of Nations in 2023 have been unveiled.

Captain Ahmed Musa keeps his No.7, while Victor Osimhen keeps his No.9.
Remember that 25 players were nominated to the final AFCON roster, with Yusuf Alhassan replacing the injured Wilfred Ndidi.

Twenty-four (24) of them are in Abu Dhabi right now, and on Tuesday, Kelechi Iheanacho, who is recuperating, will join them in Lagos.

The Super Eagles’ and the other 23 teams’ roster numbers were made public by the Confederation of African Football Friday night.

Over the course of their teams’ tournament run, the players will wear the numbers that have been allotted to them.
