It’s a sad one for the people’s Democratic party, as the Zamfara State PDP Chairman has kicked the bucket.
Dr. Ahmed died on Wednesday after he gave a speech at the peace meeting conference set up by the Nigerian Council of Ulamah, Zamfara State chapter, to sensitize political parties on how to ensure peace and prevent thuggery in the upcoming presidential election in 2023
According to Faruku Ahmed Gusau, the secretary of the party, the chairman developed a sickness immediately after he delivered his speech, he was immediately taken to the hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Gusau who was 62 years of age, died leaving behind two wives and six children.
