The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that Nigerian music icon Burna Boy will headline the closing Fan Zone concert of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025.

CAF made the announcement via its official X platform, revealing that the final concert will be held on Friday at the OLM Souissi Fan Zone in Rabat, Morocco. The show is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. local time.

Alongside Burna Boy, the night will also feature performances from Stormy, Ghanaian star Stonebwoy, and Moroccan singer Jaylann, promising a vibrant musical send-off to the tournament.

AFCON 2025 has combined elite football action with high-profile entertainment, delivering memorable moments both on and off the pitch.

The tournament kicked off in Rabat with a star-studded opening concert headlined by Nigerian superstar Davido, in collaboration with RedOne and French Montana.

That opening show took place ahead of Morocco’s first match of the competition against Comoros, setting the tone for the tournament.

The grand concert finale comes just before a decisive weekend of football. Nigeria will battle Egypt in the third-place playoff on Saturday, while hosts Morocco will take on Senegal in Sunday’s final as they chase their first AFCON crown since 1976.
