Nuno Espirito Santo said that West Ham United FC has told Adama Traoré to quit lifting weights because the winger already has plenty of muscle.
Traoré, who came over from Fulham FC in January, is well known for his impressive physique. Nuno thinks extra strength work isn’t needed. Nuno said, “His physique is amazing, it’s all genetics.”But he should stay away from the gym. He’s already carrying enough weight. He’ll focus on prevention, but you won’t find him lifting weights. The 30-year-old has played five times for the Hammers across all competitions, starting in one game, but hasn’t scored or assisted yet.

His influence has been pretty limited, and right now, West Ham is only two points clear of dropping down. Even though things started off slowly, Nuno still trusts the Spaniard’s skills, especially since they’ve worked together before at Wolves.
Traoré really stands out. He added that there aren’t many players in world football who have his speed and skill in one-on-one situations. With a game against Fulham coming up, Nuno is hoping Traoré can settle in fast and make a big impact as West Ham battles to stay in the Premier League.
