Lionel Messi, PSG’S star has revealed the teams he thinks are strong contenders for the world cup title.

Surprisingly Messi did not include his Argentinian team as a strong contender for the trophy. Argentina shares Group C alongside Poland, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia.

According to him, Big teams like Brazil, Germany, England, and Spain are strong contenders for the world cup trophy, But in all honesty either Brazil or France are likely to win the tournament as they are two strong teams.

“As for the favorites, there are big teams like Brazil, Germany, France, England, Spain and I’m sure I’m forgetting some,” Messi said.

“But I have to keep one or two, today I think Brazil and France are the two big candidates for this World Cup.”

Truly Brazil and France have notable records of winning the World Cup Games, France has won it twice while Brazil has won it five times.

Messi has registered 90 goals in 164 for Argentina, since this is going to be his last World Cup Game, most fans are rooting for Brazil to win in order for Messi to cement his title as the Greatest Footballer of All Time.
