Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has been nominated for Napoli’s best goal and best assist awards.
His brilliant goal which goal Napoli a 1-0 win over Jose Mourinho’s side Roma, in October was nominated amongst the top five Goals, Osimhen was able to move Chris Smallings out of the way, before firing a shot into the goal.
As for the best assist, the Nigerian player set up Roma for Napoli’s winning goal in their 2-1 win against Atalanta in November.
Osimhen has nine goals to his name after 11 games in the Serie A this season, which makes his the top goal scorer in the Serie A. Osimhen finished as the top goal scorer for Napoli last season, so it’s very eminent that he would repeat such feat.
