Brazilian Legend, Dani Alves is not going through the best times in his life, as he was arrested on December 31st for assaulting a 23-year-old lady in the bathroom of Sutton nightclub in Barcelona.
The Footballer has been in detention in Brians II prison since then. He filed an appeal securing a temporary release and his date as regards that will be decided next week, as the court will decide whether he be granted temporary release or not, on Monday, February 20, or Tuesday, February 21.
