The Lagos State Governorship election was not peaceful logos was the center of violence in the elections as we heard several reports of election violence in the State. In some areas of the state, thugs hijacked the election and drove anyone who looked Igbo away and prevented them from exercising their franchise.
Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour, the LP Governorship Candidate for the Lagos State elections, paid a visit to persons who were victims of election violence in the hospital.
He announced it on his Twitter page by posting photos of victims receiving medical attention in the hospital.
According to him, elections are not a do-or-die affair, and true Governance should be about protecting the citizens and not shedding the blood of innocent citizens.
And he has spent time, visiting the victims, and making sure they are properly and well treated.
