Donald Trump would be appearing before a judge in New York on Tuesday, April 4 to face charges over a hush-money payment to a porn star.
Trump, had been indicted by a grand jury last week and had been flown into New York on Monday, April 4 from his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida to surrender to the authorities in New York.
Meanwhile,e supporters of the former president have declared plans to hold a rally on Tuesday morning outside Trump Tower, where the former US president was spending the night.
Additionally, Trump will be arraigned before Judge Juan Mercha,n and the arraignment is expected to take place at 2:15 pm (18:15 GMT) and the charges are expected to be announced to the public at that time.
