Fans were reeling with excitement after popular filmmaker, Tunde Kelani Announced that “Saworoide 2” is coming soon.
Both fans and A-list filmmakers received the announcement with happiness as after 24 years the hit movie is to have a part 2.
The movie which centered on corruption, dictatorship, morals, and mental decay was a must-watch then, although the present generation might not be aware of the movie, it was a must-watch then.
Tunde Kelani Announced the making of the sequel on his Instagram page on Thursday, and since then social media has gone berserk with the news.
“When there is a cultural vacuum, moral and mental decay follows. SAWOROIDE 2 ( New movie) COMING SOON!”
Tunde Kelani is a Nigerian, filmmaker who has spent over 4 decades in the industry and he is widely known to produce movies that promote Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage.
