The Kano State workers have tagged the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Joe Ajaero, a ‘Workers Warrior’.
The NLC President who had embarked on his first official trip to Kano State on Sunday, May 7 had been decorated with the title “Sarkin Yakin Nigeria” meaning the War Lord of Nigeria by the Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje.
In a viral video circulating social media, Governor Ganduje was seen personally decorating Ajaero with all the regalia depicting his title and a sword and had been immediately followed by the solidarity song by workers and government officials that attended the brief ceremony.
