The Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani has endorsed the Sakinatu Hassan Idris’s appointment as the new Clerk of the Kaduna State House of Assembly.
This news update was contained in a statement, issued by Sani’s Chief Press Secretary, Muhammad Shehu Molash and made available to journalists.
According to the statement, the new clerk, Sakinatu Hassan Idris, is a seasoned lawyer, a National Productivity Award Winner, leading civil servant and an established election observer.
Additionally, Idris has served as the Acting Director for the Legislative Drafting Department, Kaduna State House of Assembly and the Deputy Director, Legislative Drafting Department in the Kaduna State House of Assembly.
The Governor has meanwhile urged the new Clerk to use her abundant experience to reposition the State House of Assembly and make it a model one in the country.
