Madami Garba Madami, the assembly member representing Chikun Constituency in the Kaduna State House of Assembly, has been confirmed dead.
Reports have revealed that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the lawmaker had died at a hospital where he had been receiving treatment for an undisclosed ailment on Saturday morning, June 17.
Recall that the 10th Kaduna State Assembly was inaugurated on June 13, 2023, but the deceased member had been unable to engage in the activities due to his sickness.
Ibrahim Saleh Ardon Ardodin, the traditional title holder in Chikun local government, has confirmed the incident and has additionally sent his condolences, to the family of the deceased.
