Abdulkadir Jelani Danbuga, a House of Representatives member, has been confirmed dead.
Danbuga, who was representing Isa-Sabon Birni Federal Constituency prior to his death had given up the ghost on Wednesday, October 11 after a short illness.
The All Progressives Congress, APC, member was reportedly admitted to a hospital on Tuesday, according to a Daily Trust Newspaper.
The lawmaker will be buried at 11 a.m. in his hometown in Sokoto State.
Danbuga is survived by his two wives, along with his many children and grandchildren.
