The Louis Vuitton Men’s Spring/Summer 2025 fashion show commenced in Paris, with numerous notable celebrities in attendance.
The star power of Nigerian Afrobeats artists doesn’t seem to be waning anytime soon as several stars showed up to the event bedecked in style. This season’s Louis Vuitton show showcased Pharrell Williams’s design collection, the Spring/Summer 2025 line, — his third as the creative director— during Men’s Fashion Week in Paris celebrating human diversity.
The show, held at the UNESCO headquarters, featured models wearing garments in various human flesh tones, parading in Louis Vuitton’s signature Damier check.
The collection prominently featured designs in shades of green, blue and black.
While the collection delivers in terms of eye-catching accessories (a.k.a the luggage designs) and elegant, outlined tailoring, the buzz on social media is mostly focused on the crème de la crème that attended the show.
The front-row attendees included influential celebrities from various fields spanning actors, musicians, sportspeople and popular faces.
On X (formerly Twitter), Sabrina Carpenter and Central Cee’s link-up at a front row seat was the talk of town, with a post from Pop Crave about the duo getting about 70k likes in just over a day.
Below are the Afrobeats superstars that attended the star-studded fashion event:
Rema

Global sensation, Rema, opted for a denim-on-denim look. He then wore a brown varsity jacket. He accessorized with black sunglasses and a pair of silver studded earrings.
Tems

The soulful singer known for hits like ‘Damages’, embodied the rich African auntie persona in her off-white ensemble. She wore a Louis Vuitton white coat from the Men’s SS24 Fall-Winter season that was belted at the waist and black sunglasses and pumps. For accessories, she had on a silver earring and a brown LV bag.
Mr Eazi

Mr Eazi, known for his music and fashion sense, wore a pair of black trousers and an LV Fall/Winter SS24 black and white bomber jacket. He accessorized with a pair of black sunglasses and black shoes.
Burna Boy

The 10-time Grammy nominee and winner for his album, ‘Twice as Tall’, stayed true to his fashion style and wore an LV SS24 two-piece brown outfit, leaving the zipper of his top undone all the way. He accessorized with a massive diamond necklace and a black hat.
Wizkid

This Grammy winning singer did not deviate too far from his usual style, sporting a pre-SS25 Fair Isle V-neck jumper over a white shirt and ivory tie. For bottoms, he wore a pair of tailored shorts (his usual signature look) and iced-out wrists.
Adekunle Gold

Ogaranya crooner, Adekunle Gold was another Nigerian singer that went the bomber jacket and black trouser route. His jacket, however, was embellished with colorful neon graffiti designs.
Tobe Nwigwe

It was a wholesome family affair for this Nigerian American rapper at the Louis Vuitton show as he attended the event with his mother as his plus one.
He wore an expresso-coloured leather jacket, baggy brown trousers and a white shirt with white tie. He tied up the look with a dark blue face cap.
If you attended the fashion show, which look would you choose as your favorite, and why?
