Speaking during an inspection of the reconstruction of the Zonal Hospital project in Bori Town, Fubara made it clear that the court’s decision wouldn’t derail his administration’s plans.

The appellate court, led by Jimi Olukayode-Bada, ruled that the trial court lacked the jurisdiction to handle the case, noting such matters belong in a Federal High Court.

“The contractors are committed and understand our vision,” Fubara said, praising their alignment with his administration’s goals. He reiterated his pledge to focus on healthcare, education, and agriculture in the 2025 budget.
