The U.S president and Democratic Party candidate in the upcoming election, Joe Biden, has made accusations to the country’s richest man, Elon Musk, saying he was attempting to buy electoral victory for Donald Trump, the Republican Party candidate. These allegations had come after Musk’s recent pledge to donate to a new fund backing Trump for President.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Musk had revealed his plans to pledge about $45 million each month to a new fund supporting Trump for US president.
In Biden’s X post, he said he was “sick” of Musk and his fellow billionaires attempting to “buy” the November election in favour of former President Trump.

In a following post under the initial post, he urged Americans to donate to his campaign fund to defeat Trump.
He had said;
On his X handle Thursday, Biden wrote: “I’m sick of Elon Musk and his rich buddies trying to buy this election.
“And if you agree, pitch in here.”
No doubt this development was due to Elon Musk publicly endorsing Donald Trump publicly after he survived an assassination attempt at a rally in Butler Pennsylvania on Saturday.
The US Presidential elections is slated to hold on November 5th, and Donald Trump under the Republican Party would run against the incumbent leader, Joe Biden of the Democratic Party in what would be America’s first rematch election in almost 70 years.
