Pakistan has created a panel which will recognize firms having ties with Israel with the purpose of not doing business with them. This action was taken following an agreement between the government and TLP, a far-right wing political organization in Pakistan.

The group which was established by the Pakistan government is to find out the businesses that are related to Israel; therefore, they are not supposed to do anything with such companies.

Adviser to Prime Minister Shabaz Sharif on Political Affairs Rana Sannaullah told Dawn that it is this committee’s duty to unmask entities that have direct connections to Yahweh. The pact between the government and TLP requires heightened humanitarian aid for Palestinians and boycott on products from corporations affiliated to Israel as well as calling as a terrorist by all states to the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with regard to the Israeli forces actions that were committed in Palestine.

The government of Pakistan declared that it would employ any available channels to support Palestinians and denounce the acts of Israel with respect to them, in any possible way. It pledged to provide humanitarian aid for Gaza victims with things like food, medicine among others.

Earlier this month, Pakistan announced scholarship  to enable students studying medicine from Gaza acquire more knowledge in Pakistan. The country has also offered to treat injured Palestinians in its hospitals.

Amid international criticism of Israel’s enduring offensive on Gaza, which has seen over 38,900 Palestinians killed—mostly women and children—and injured 89,600 people according to local health authorities, It is crucial for Pakistan to match with international condemnation
