Thomas Tuchel, the person in charge of the English national team, did not include Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden in his last squad for the international games in October, Jack Grealish is also not with the team.

First, the Three Lions will visit Wembley to play a friendly against Wales on October 10, and then they will travel to Riga to face Latvia in a World Cup qualifier on October 14.

It is not shocking that Bellingham has not been called up, the Madrid midfielder is still recovering from a shoulder injury that occurred earlier this year. In total, since his comeback in the middle of September, he has been allowed to start only one of four matches for Real Madrid.

Besides, the absence of Foden is still more surprising. The Man City attacking midfielder has made two goals and two assists for this season, and he has taken part in four pieces of music. However, only two of these contributions were made in an EFL Cup victory over Huddersfield. Although regularly playing for his side, Grealish, the forward from Everton, is also missing.

The first and most significant of the returnees is Bukayo Saka, who did not participate in the international matches of September due to injury. The Arsenal forward is going to be in a group with the likes of Declan Rice, Eberechi Eze, and Myles Lewis-Skelly, all players from Tuchel’s club, and Tuchel’s 25-man squad. Morgan Gibbs-White and Elliot Anderson, two players from Nottingham Forest, are also among the selected.

England squad:

Goalkeepers:
Dean Henderson (Crystal Palace), Jordan Pickford (Everton), James Trafford (Man City),
Defenders:
Dan Burn (Newcastle), Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace), Reece James (Chelsea), Ezri Konsa (Aston Villa), Myles Lewis-Skelly (Arsenal), Jarell Quansah (Bayer Leverkusen), Djed Spence (Tottenham), John Stones (Man City),
Midfielders:
Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest), Morgan Gibbs-White (Nottingham Forest), Jordan Henderson (Brentford), Ruben Loftus-Cheek (AC Milan), Declan Rice (Arsenal), Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa),
Forwards:
Jarrod Bowen (West Ham), Eberechi Eze (Arsenal), Anthony Gordon (Newcastle), Harry Kane (Bayern), Marcus Rashford (Barcelona), Bukayo Saka (Arsenal), Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa).
