Delta North Senator Ned Nwoko has made it clear that he has no intention of reconciling with his estranged wife, actress Regina Daniels, stressing that he has cut off communication with her and believes she urgently needs professional help.
In a statement shared on Instagram on Tuesday, the lawmaker released screenshots of what he described as their final WhatsApp exchange.
He said the message, dated October 17, was published to clarify events and highlight the ultimatum he gave concerning her rehabilitation.

Nwoko explained the circumstances surrounding their separation and accused Regina of being heavily influenced by hard drugs, which he claimed had triggered multiple violent and irrational outbursts.
He said the public needed to understand the timeline and the gravity of the situation, which prompted him to insist on therapy.
The statement emphasized that “Senator Ned Nwoko is not chatting with Regina and does not want her back in the house. All he is insisting on is that she should be encouraged to go to therapy.”
It added that Regina’s claims regarding drug use and allegations of sexual misconduct were “a figment of her imagination” and allegations that “can never be substantiated.”
