Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have made their relationship Instagram official, sharing photos and videos from their recent visit to Japan.
In one image, the couple is seen smiling closely for a selfie, their faces pressed together.
Another clip shows them enjoying sushi together. While neither Perry nor Trudeau has publicly addressed their romance, speculation has been swirling for months following multiple sightings of the pair. Trudeau’s attendance at one of Perry’s concerts earlier this year added fuel to the rumours.

Perry, currently on her global Lifetimes Tour, captioned her Instagram post: “Tokyo times on tour and more.”
Earlier this week, Trudeau, 53, posted a photo of himself and Perry with former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his wife, Yuko, writing: “Great to see you @kishida230. Katy and I were so glad to have the chance to sit down with you and Yuko. Thank you, Fumio, for your friendship and your continued commitment to both the international rules-based order and to a better future for everyone.”
The couple appeared to confirm their relationship last month after being photographed holding hands in Paris. TMZ shared images and video of the pair walking together before getting into a car, with Trudeau helping Perry into the back seat. The outing coincided with Perry’s 41st birthday and seemed to mark their first public appearance as a couple.
