Millions of football supporters will visit America for the 2026 World Cup and the FBI are expected to have a monumental security operation to contend with, as a huge numbers of football fans pour in to the USA, Mexico and Canada to witness the 23 rd installment of the contest.
It is thought sophisticated detection and anti-drone technologies will be ready and waiting inside all stadiums as millions of football fans travel across the USA, Mexico and Canada, to attend the contest.

It is believed command centers will be established at each of the city locations where the tournament is being held, and federal officials will use cutting edge equipment to detect illegal airspace hovering over stadiums before FBI drones are deployed to clear illegal drone traffic.
Authorities will be equipped with technologies to ” hijack the controls of any of the bad-guy drones and fly them away from the stadium premises”. The federal agencies will have the support of over 60 state and local police agencies as they receive training prior to matches being played and the security measures are also expected to include the implementation of good-guy drones.
The good-guy drones, designed to track and warn unauthorised drone operators before attempting any action such as arrest, will be visible throughout the tournament and an array of globally acclaimed music stars expected at the event in a Super Bowl-style halftime concert will further add to any security concerns the authorities may have.
