Chelsea is on the verge of signing Crystal Palace’s Maxence Lacroix, as Newcastle United looks to snap up Borussia Dortmund ace Felix Nmecha with the summer transfer window in full flow.
According to French sources, a transfer for Lacroix, valued at roughly 55 million(47.4m), is said to be imminent as the French international has impressed during Les Bleus FIFA World Cup stint.
The London club is also nearing completion of the acquisition of Atalanta right-back Marco Palestra, who apparently completed his medical in London.
Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United have identified Borussia Dortmund midfielder Felix Nmecha on their list of desired players to bolster the current setup, and a bid worth 55 million from Premier League rival Arsenal for Bruno Guimaraes has been turned down.
