Victor Osimhen, super eagles forward is expected to be back in action for Napoli after the international break.
Osimhen sustained a hamstring injury in Napoli’s game against Liverpool in the UEFA champions league at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium on Tuesday, Sept 18.
Due to his injury, he couldn’t feature for Napoli in their match against Rangers, and in serie A games against Spezia and AC Milan, Napoli remain unbeaten despite his absence with two wins and one draw.
Osimhen is expected to feature in Napoli’s game against Cremonese on October 9.
This injury also ruled Osimhen out of Nigeria’s friendly match against Algeria
Osimhen has two goals and one assist to his name in five league appearances for Napoli this season. He was the top goal scorer for Napoli last season
