Mikel Arteta, Arsenal’s manager has said that he knows that he’ll eventually be sacked someday. This is something he knows it’s inevitable.

Despite the fact, that Arteta has made Arsenal an unstoppable Force this season, they are now strong contenders for the EPL title this season. He knows that one day he will lose his job with the Gunners.

According to Arteta, everyone knows that the greatest fear of every football manager is to be sacked, and he decided from the very day he was appointed as Arsenal’s manager, that he wouldn’t let that fear drive him as he knows that he can’t keep this job forever, as one day he’ll be asked to leave.

He further said that his only fear is letting the fans down.

made a very conscious decision the day I decided to become a coach – I said: ‘It will happen. Today, tomorrow, in a month, in ten years. I don’t know when it will happen.’

“That cannot drive my emotion and this cannot be the reason why I do certain things or not.

“For me now the fear is to let people down

Currently, Arsenal, is at the top of the table with 24 points, after defeating Liverpool 3-2, closely trailed by Man City with 23 points.
