Godwin Madu, the brother of the popular late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, has revealed to the Federal High Court in Abuja that Osinachi’s husband, Peter had not only brutalized and subjected the gospel singer to constant fear, he had also abused their mother, himself (Godwin) and Osinachi’s twin sister.

Godwin, who had been led in evidence by the prosecution counsel, Aderonke Imana, had further told the court about how Nwachukwu constantly abused Osinachi verbally and physically, calling her names such as witch and sending their mother out of his house when she was ill.

Peter’s crimes also consisted of preventing Osinachi’s mother, twin sister, and others from seeing or taking care of her when she was ill and in the hospital.

Recall that the well-known gospel singer, Osinachi had died in April after she was allegedly beaten to death by her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.
