Ken Nnamani, former Senate President has stated that he is supporting the All Progressive Party presidential flag bearer, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu for the 2023 presidential elections not because he wants a position in the Ministerial office.
According to him, he’s supporting Tinubu because of the entire welfare of the Igbo tribe, as this will cement their relationship with every other person in the country.
He further urged the people of Enugu state not to join camp with people who are resorting to insults to smear Tinubu’s good name, as they should consider their welfare first.
I’m not looking for a ministerial position because I have outgrown that. We are doing this in the overall interest of our people.
“Ndigbo is using our support for Tinubu and the APC in 2023 to build bridges across the country,” Nnamani said.
“Don’t join issues with people who are resorting to insults. Just concentrate on the goal because this is a very serious business,” he added.
