It was a sad one for Nottingham Forest today, as Blackpool thrashed Nottingham Forest 4-1 in the Emirate FA cup.
Marvin Ekpiteta open the match as he netted a goal for Blackpool in the 17th minute Ian Poveda doubled Blackpool’s lead in the 64th minute, and Christopher Hamilton tripled it in the 71st minute. Jerry Yates sealed their win by netting their fourth goal.
Ryan Yates managed to score a consolation goal for Forest in the 92nd minute.
Emmanuel Dennis featured for Forest but could not do anything to stop Forest from being humiliated by Blackpool.
