In a statement by the Chief Executive Officer of Lagos Waste Management Authority, Mr. Ibrahim Odumboni revealed that the Lagos State Government has vowed to increase the LAWMA workers’ salaries by 20%.
Reports have it that, Governor Sanwo Olu, Governor of Lagos State promised to increase their salaries and asked them to vote for the All Progressive Party in the February Elections.
Odumboni also said that the government promised to provide the workers with all the necessary tools as well as protective tools to aid the work and also every necessary support to enable them to work efficiently.
