The Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSDC Osun State Command, Mr. Sunday Agboola, had on Thursday, April 6, disclosed that about 1, 575 personnel have been deployed to ensure the security of lives and property across the state.
According to Agboola, the personnel has been deployed to major roads in the state, worship centers, recreation centers, marketplaces, motor parks, and shopping malls for adequate security of lives and property.”
The commandant had then enjoined members of the public to be security conscious and report any unusual movement in their surroundings to security agencies during the celebration and afterward.
