A 52-year-old Turkish man, Erdogan Guler, and another yet-to-be-identified man have been kidnapped by three gunmen in the Kubwa area of Abuja.
According to reports, the incident occurred on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, and has since been reported to the Byazhin Police Division, Abuja.
Meanwhile, a police source has confirmed the incident, noting that the abductors could be working hand in hand with an informant who knew Guler personally.
The source had additionally revealed that the anti-kidnapping arm of the SCID was currently investigating the incident and that the police were making efforts to rescue the victims and arrest the hoodlums.
