Man Places One Hundred Thousand Naria Bounty on Son-inlaw

Adun Samuel, a grieving father, has announced a reward of N100,000 for anyone who can provide information that leads to the capture of his son-in-law, known only as Inuaghata. Inuaghata is wanted for the murder of Adun’s pregnant daughter, Osaretin.

Speaking to reporters in Benin, Mr. Adun shared that his daughter had three children with her fugitive husband. According to Adun, he received news that his daughter had been killed by Inuaghata, who has been in hiding since committing the crime on May 24, 2023.

He also revealed that the son in-law has not formally married his daughter, he doesn’t why he’ll kill his daughter, seeing that she has bore three kids for him.

Expressing his anguish, Adun stated, “I come from Orhionmwon Local Government Area. My daughter, who was 23 years old, was killed by her husband in Egba. I don’t understand what issue they had that led to my daughter’s murder. I received a call informing me of her death. He used a knife to slit her throat, and she was pregnant at the time. I want this young man arrested.”

Adun further declared, “I am offering a reward of N100,000 to anyone who can provide information that leads to the arrest of the suspect. My daughter and the accused were not formally married. His parents are deceased. I have contacted his brother, who informed me that Inuaghata fled after killing my daughter. That’s his name.”

When questioned about the matter, Chidi Nwabuzor, the Edo State Command PPRO, stated that they had not yet been informed of the situation.
