Chef Dammy is displaying unwavering determination to surpass Hilda Baci’s record. As of Monday, she had already cooked for over 80 hours, moving closer to her target of 120 hours, and she shows no signs of slowing down.

The First Lady of Ekiti State, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji, has taken to social media to express her support for Chef Dammy’s endeavour to break the Guinness World Record in the longest cooking category. Dr. Olayemi commends her efforts and celebrates her ambition.

While some individuals on social media criticize Chef Dammy for attempting to break Hilda Baci’s record, it should be noted that Hilda Baci’s record is still under review by the Guinness World Record authority.

Despite facing online trolling, Chef Dammy’s fanbase and support group continue to grow steadily.

Dr. Olayemi, the First Lady of Ekiti, joins the conversation on social media and praises the young chef for her courage and determination. She acknowledges Chef Dammy’s endeavour as a positive expression of her God-given talent and extends her support.

In her message, Dr. Olayemi writes, “In the past 70 hours, I have witnessed Chef Dammy’s remarkable journey—a determined Ekiti undergraduate making a bold attempt to break the Guinness World record for the longest cooking marathon. To me, it is her courage and determination to advocate something positive, using her exceptional talent to make a statement.”

“Miss Damilola Adeparusi, you surely have our love and support as you continue on this audacious path.”

“I commend your bravery, Chef Dammy, for choosing to pursue your own race. Congratulations.”

On Sunday, Hilda Baci reacted to Chef Dammy’s attempt to break her record, by sending sweet words of encouragement to her, praising her passion and zeal to break the record. Hilda Baci’s statement shows that she hears no grudge towards Chef Dammy.
