Even as condolences and aid are pouring in for the earthquake victims in Morocco, their national team players have contributed their share by donating blood to aid the injured survivors from the earthquake.
The Moroccan Football Association had made this announcement on their website.
In some videos that had been shared on the team’s Instagram page, certain Moroccan players including the goalkeeper, Yassine Bounou, and the team coach Walid Regragui were spotted during the blood donation activity.
Additionally, the national defender, Achraf Hakimi, had also expressed his support for the victims and had posted on his social media, commiserating with the victims of the quake.
“We are going through a difficult time. It is time to help each other save as much lives as possible. My condolences goes to everyone who has lost a loved one during this period.”
