In the aftermath of the Moscow attack, Russia has been engulfed in turmoil. President Putin initiated an investigative committee to ascertain the perpetrators behind the tragic incident, which has resulted in the loss of at least 140 lives.

According to statements from the Investigative Committee, a prominent law enforcement agency in Russia, the government asserts that the individuals responsible for the recent attack at a Moscow concert hall received substantial financial backing from Ukraine.

The committee stated, “We have verified information indicating that the perpetrators of the terrorist act were provided with significant financial resources, including cryptocurrency, from Ukraine, which were utilized in the planning and execution of the crime.”

Russian authorities have suggested the possibility that the terrorist assault at the Crocus City Hall might have been orchestrated by Ukrainian intelligence agencies, utilizing Islamist groups as proxies.

Following the attack, the assailants swiftly departed the venue, heading towards a Russian region bordering Ukraine. They were apprehended there on Saturday following an extensive manhunt.
