One of the most recognisable Hollywood actors, James Earl Jones, has passed away in his home on Monday, the 9th of September of 2024 at 93 years old.
The legendary actor was born in Mississippi in January 1931; he has a son Flynn Earl Jones. In recent years, Jones had spoken out about his struggles with type 2 diabetes.
He was best remembered for providing the voices for some beloved characters such as Darth Vader in Star Wars movies, as well as Mufasa in Disney’s Lion King released in the year 1994. His magnificent acting career also saw him appear in other films such as, Field of Dreams, Conan the Barbarian, Coming to America and The Greatest.
