Nigerian music power couple Adekunle Gold and Simi have welcomed twins, the singers confirmed on Wednesday.
Adekunle Gold, born Adekunle Kosoko, shared the joyful news via his Snapchat account, expressing gratitude for the latest addition to their family.
“Asked God for another child and He blessed me double,” the singer wrote.

The announcement comes weeks after Simi fueled speculation about a possible pregnancy in December 2025.
She had shared a post featuring a brief scene from Adekunle Gold’s music video My Love Is the Same, accompanied by the caption, “From my baby, for my babies.” In the clip, Simi was seen with a noticeable baby bump, prompting fans to suspect the couple was expecting another child.
Both artists, who were formerly signed to X3M Music at the early stages of their careers, are widely regarded as one of Nigeria’s most admired celebrity couples. Their relationship, which grew from a close friendship and musical partnership, led to a private wedding ceremony in January 2019.
In May 2020, Adekunle Gold and Simi welcomed their first child, a daughter named Adejare Kosoko, popularly known as Deja.
