Abdelkader Bedrane, Algeria defender would not feature for Algeria, in their friendly match against the super eagles of Nigeria as he suffered an injury in Algeria’s clash against Syli Nationals Guniea on Friday. His ankle was sprained in the Encounter, which took place at the Miloud Hadefi Stadium, Oran as disclosed by the Algeria Football Federation. Bedrane is back to his club Damac.
Super Eagles stand-in captain, William Troost Ekong has been ruled out of the tournament after sustaining an injury in the test match against Algeria’s team B.
The FIFA-sanctioned friendly match is slated to take place in the Miloud Hadefi Stadium at 8 pm
