Apostle Jerry Hinjari, a highly known cleric has just been murdered in Adamawa state, in Northeast Nigeria.
According to reports, Hinjari, the presiding pastor of Christ Nation International before his death had been murdered between Wednesday night ( the night of his kidnapping) and Thursday morning, January 25-26 respectively after he was forcibly taken from his residence, near Eagles Path, Army Barracks Road, in Yola, the state capital.
The unfortunate incident has been confirmed by the Adamawa state police command through its spokesperson, SP Yahaya Nguroje.
Nguroje had said, “Yes, I can confirm that Hinjari had been kidnapped on Wednesday, January 25, and his remains were discovered the following day, Thursday, January 26.
“Currently, the commissioner of police, Sikiru Akande has organized an investigation to determine the criminals behind the dastardly act. We, therefore, are assuring the good people of the state that the perpetrators would be brought to justice.” The SP declared.
