Celebrated Nigerian thespian and content creator Ramota Adetu, popularly referred to as Aunty Ramota, had days back gone viral with a tear-jerking update regarding her life. In a now-viral video, Aunty Ramota accused her management team of running away with her money while deleting her social media accounts, leaving her struggling to meet ends.
She said her troubles started when she was asked to leave her apartment. “I am currently homeless,” she shared, explaining that a friend whom she was staying with recently got married and her husband was uncomfortable with her staying with them. This made her vacate the home abruptly.
And to make matters worse, Aunty Ramota’s plans for a new home reached a dead end. “The man who was building my house stopped due to personal issues,” she lamented. Now, without her social media accounts and the funds, she is in an even worse shape.
Aunty Ramota’s story has struck many sensitive chords as fans and other entertainers rally behind her in hopes that she sees through her challenges and gets back on her feet.
