Hansi Flick’s Barcelona cruised into the final four with a 5-0 thumping of Valencia, and Atletico Madrid swatted away Getafe without breaking a sweat. Real Madrid had the tougher road, requiring a last-gasp goal from Gonzalo Garcia to beat Leganes. Real Sociedad, meanwhile, earned its own place with a routine 2-0 victory over Osasuna.
While these fixtures pave the way for an El Clásico or a Madrid derby in the final, Real Sociedad, who’ve only reached one Copa del Rey final in 37 years, will look to spoil those hopes.

The first legs will be played on Feb. 25-27 with the return legs on April 1-3. The final will be held on April 26 at La Cartuja in Seville.
