Nigerian reality star Somadina Anyama, well known as Soma from his time in Big Brother Naija, is once again swimming in the sea of fire as his ex-girlfriend recently accused him of stalking and physically abusing her. She accused him of trying to get back with her despite his open relationship with another colleague from BBNaija, Angel Smith, adding that their past was now toxic. These accusations represent another chapter in the growing list of celebrities embroiled in abuse scandals and bring into attention the scrutiny and challenge that high-profile relationships present under the public eye.
The latter part of Hilda’s accusations came to the fore on social media, as she responded to some accusations made by Angel Smith’s fans that she had “stolen” a bracelet Soma had reportedly given her.
In response, Dirisu revealed a far darker history, alleging that Soma had “drugged, hit and tied me up” at her home in April. She made this known while revealing that she has been harassed constantly by Soma’s fanbase since the BBNaija season, last year, for her to speak now.
“Since last year’s show, I don’t think I’ve caught a break from his fans, shippers, family members, or Somadina himself,” Dirisu said. She then asked fans to ask Soma how the “stolen bracelet” got to her in the first place.
