Bournemouth produced one of the best performances so far this Premier League season after they managed to secure a 4-4 draw with Manchester United in a dramatic game at Old Trafford. Bournemouth was able to come from behind three times, continuing their unbeaten streak against the Red Devils in the last two years.

Man Utd started the game well, and they scored the opening goal after Amad Diallo’s close-range header of a cross by Diogo Dalot was saved by Đorđe Petrović, but the ball went to the area and the Pompones runner was quickest to react to put the ball in the net. Ruben Amorim’s team took the game to the opposition and were determined to score the next goal, but Bournemouth still had their hope alive and not to mention they equalized before the break when Antoine Semenyo volleyed a low shot into the far corner with great precision.

On their part, United couldn’t be more different in the second half as they came firing straight after the restart and got their third goal of the game as Casemiro went all powerfully to the header from Bruno Fernandes’ corner and scored just on the buzzer. Following the half-time interval, the lunacy went on as Borough scored an equalizer in less than 60 seconds through Evanilson, and then Marcus Tavernier bent an excellent free-kick to put his team in front.

Fernandes’ wonder free-kick that gave United hope again, and the place went ballistic. A few moments later, Matheus Cunha was able to take advantage of a loose clearance and score the fourth goal for his side, creating even more of a frenzy among the home fans. In any case, Bournemouth didn’t back down and replaced Eli Junior Kroup, who scored the goal that made it 4-4 in the 84th minute.

At the end of the final breath period of the game, both teams made a desperate attempt to find the winning goal, but it was only possible to decide the points in this extremely memorable fixture that showed the fighting spirit of Bournemouth and United’s persistent defensive ‍‌‍‍‌weakness.
