Pascal Okechukwu, widely recognised as Cubana Chief Priest, has been named the Imo State Director of the City Boy Movement (CBM), a youth-focused political group mobilising support for President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election campaign.
The development was announced via the movement’s official Instagram handle, where CBM highlighted Chief Priest’s influence, leadership capacity, and ability to connect with young people as key factors behind his appointment.

In a statement shared online, the group said, “Cityboy Movement appoints Pascal C. Okechukwu (Cubana Chiefpriest), who stands as a symbol of dedication, strategic leadership, and unwavering commitment to the growth of the City Boy Movement.”
The post further explained that, “In his new role, Chief Priest is expected to drive grassroots mobilisation, strengthen party structures, and further the objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda.”
CBM added that his leadership would help position Imo State for sustained political participation and inclusive development, stressing that, “With a clear vision for progress and unity, Imo State remains firmly positioned for inclusive development, effective leadership, and sustained political engagement. Together, we move forward stronger, focused, and united.”
The appointment reflects the movement’s strategy of leveraging influential youth figures to deepen political engagement and boost mobilisation efforts as preparations for the 2027 general elections gather momentum.
