Cyriel Dessers, super eagles forward, was in action for Cremonese in their 1-0 defeat to Sampdoria on Monday night.

Fortunately Cremonese were awarded a penalty in the seventh minute, after David Okereke was fouled, but unfortunately,  Dessers wasted the penalty as the ball could not get past Sampdoria’s goalkeeper.

Dessers was later substituted with Daniel Ciofani in the 65th minute. In the 78th minute Omar Colly finally scored the winning goal for Sampdoria.

Cremonese has failed to register any win after 11 games in the serie A this season, leaving them at the bottom of the Serie A table with just four points after 11 games.
