According to a statement from the commission’s spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, the operation was carried out by officers from the EFCC’s Lagos Zonal Directorate 1 on Monday, May 19, 2025.
Oyewale disclosed that among those arrested were 95 men and 25 women, all linked to various cybercrime activities based on actionable intelligence and weeks of surveillance.
