Sanwo Olu seems to be gaining much ground in the Lagos State Gubernatorial elections, he defeated Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour in his polling unit and has defeated the People’s Democratic Party Deputy Governorship Candidate, Funke Akindele who is a veteran actress.
In Funke Akindele Polling Unit, 019, Ita Aro Square Aga/Ijimu ward in Ikorodu, the Actress got 19 votes while Sanwo Olu polled a total of 77 votes. Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour polled three votes.
Elections are expected to be over, as counting and sorting have started, and very soon, Residents will get to know who’s leading Nigeria’s most populated city for the next four years.
