A group of Gunmen has reportedly hijacked a private school bus in Ondo state, abducting a member of staff of the school.
The incident happened at Oba Ile Estate in the Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State around 6:45am while the driver and the abducted staff of the school were moving around to pick up the pupils.
The identity of the abducted staff had not been revealed as of the time of filing this report.
Report has it that the bandits numbering about eight on motorcycles attacked the bus, forcing it to a halt. The source said that the driver was dragged out, and the gunmen allegedly drove the bus to an unknown destination with the staff on the bus.
The current location has not been known, and the school is a state of rest as nothing like this has ever happened before.
