Hermes, a housemate on Big Brother Naija’s seventh season, has been named the Head of House for the second week of the competition.
After the Big Brother Naija Level Up housemates played their first Head of House games on Monday night, this was declared.
Hermes emerged as the top-performing housemate when the Level 1 and Level 2 housemates played the HoH games together in the arena.
Big Brother named him the second Head of House for the season after his performance.
There were two phases to the HoH games. The first stage involved all of the housemates, while the second stage only involved the top three.
According to Biggie, the game’s victor will be crowned HoH and automatically spare his or her fellow Level (1 or 2) housemates from potential eviction.
Dotun, Hermes, and Cyph advanced to the next round.
Hermes became the second HoH for the season after winning the stage following the round.
Hermes’ appearance has prevented the Level 1 housemates from being evicted.
He does, however, have the right to veto nominations of Level 2 housemates for eviction.
Hermes nominated Amaka, Phyna, Christy O, Cyph, and Khalid during his nomination.
At least one of the nominated housemates will depart on Sunday, according to Biggie.
