The governor had remarked that his government was resolute to ensuring peace and security in the state.
Soludo had also revealed that the state government had deployed security personnel to select locations across the state, and that consideravle efforts were being made to improve intelligence gathering and sharing.
In his words:
“My administration is committed to making sure of the safety and security of everyone. All hands are on deck to address the security challenges in the state, and I am confident that we will overcome them soon.”
The governor meanwhile, cautioned Nigerians to be vigilant of purveyors of fake news, as certain citizens had been taking advantage of the poor security situation in the country to spread fake news and misinformation.
